Dr. Tallo attended SUNY at Buffalo for his bachelor’s degree. He graduated from the California College of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco, CA where he also did his surgical residency. He has been in practice in Rochester since 1986. . Dr. Tallo has served as a member of the podiatry committees for both preferred Care and Blue Choice. He also serves on the finance committee for RIPA. He currently is a trainer for Rochester youth Hockey. Associations include; American Podiatry Medical Association, American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeon, New York State Podiatric Medical Association (past president).
