Dr. High attended the University of Pittsburgh for undergraduate training, and then the Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine (now a part of Temple University) in Philadelphia, PA. Next, he did his surgical residency in Buffalo, NY. He has been in practice since 1997. He volunteers at the Highland Podiatry Clinic that provides foot care for those who may not be eligible to be seen in private a private office. . Associations include; American Podiatry Medical Association, American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeon, New York State Podiatric Medical Association (president 2007-2009).
